Key Responsibilities

  • Owns dashboards, supports strategic initiatives and KPIs. Supports SIP. Works in collaboration with executives and product group business leads to roll-up Sales Forecast Risks & Upsides, Sales Bookings & Revenue forecasts, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects.
  • Analyzes and interprets business data for multiple products, aligns with other departments and provides information for decision making.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits and drives to closure ; e.g., SOX, ISO, KPMG, and Trade
  • Develops sales and global business processes, standards & tools for sales, such as GBAM, order and quality activities, profitability reviews.
  • Implements new enhancements to Forecasting and Reporting, supporting additional insight into existing products and services. Ensures correct implementation from beginning to end.
  • Trains Sales, OM, and other business organizations on policies & processes
  • Supports VOC survey results and corresponding impact, business objectives, action plan and status from sales team
  • Provides tactical support for Global Business Alignment Meeting (GBAM) across BU/Segment and Accounts.
  • Usually supports a large number of product and/or service line across product groups in a business segment. Supports Multi BU/Segment Large Order Process.
