Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Analyst is a vital member of the company's sales team. This role will be responsible for quote creation, order processing, compliance checklists, and contract processing in support of the sales team. The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with sales, sales leadership, legal, finance, and customer operations to ensure timely and accurate quote to order processing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and update quotes
• Handle all basic administrative functions for order processing within the business systems (NetSuite & Salesforce.com)
• Update data related to quotes, orders and contracts for compliance purposes
• Work with finance & legal as needed for customized contracts
• Additional administrative functions in support of these efforts

• Superior attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Sales Processes and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
• Proven ability to prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
• Strong understanding of order flow

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce.com and/or NetSuite experience preferred
• 2 Years of experience in similar role
