QuickBase is growing fast, as well as the GTM/Sales Operations Team! We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Sales Operations Analyst to support our fast-growing Sales and Customer Success teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to drive high level strategy in the go-to-market while also ensuring the lower-level details are monitored. You will be able to show off your talents by providing actionable insights and guiding the sales leaders to improve business process, pipeline management, and strategy in the sales regions. This person will be integral part of projects to define, measure, improve and execute on new or existing processes and tools.

You'll work collaboratively with front line Sales & CS teams & leaders, Sales Ops, Marketing, Business Enablement and IT teams to improve and scale our Sales & CS teams though efficient processes and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Owner of Territory & Assignment Management & Account Master Data Management
  • CRM Data Hygiene & D&B data refresh process - validation of data
  • Assisting with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle
  • Assisting in execution weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting - support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally, adding value to the sales organization to increase impact
  • Driving improvement of business processes, leveraging the SFDC platform and other sales tool technologies to drive growth and scale
  • Working effectively across sales, marketing, IT, finance, people and culture, and other functions to remove friction from internal processes
  • Developing proactive analyses, rooted in SFDC data and other sources, that provide actionable insights to guide our sellers
  • Partnering with our SFDC and Tableau team to improve and create new dashboards while ensuring we are getting the maximum value out of the tools and meeting users' needs
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably Boston or Salt Lake City residency or remote applicants in EST zone
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in Sales Operations or as a Sales Analyst, preferably at a high-tech or software company
  • Experience with SFDC and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Have a BA/BS degree in business or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
  • In-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems (sales cycles, account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, deal velocity)
  • Like to work in a high-growth, performance and deadline driven environment
  • Results oriented, with attention to detail and can prioritize multiple objectives and projects
  • Successful track record of working at all levels of management and sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong commitment to working as part of a dynamic team
