Shelf Engine is searching for a talented Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with multiple teams across functions to support and manage tasks and projects associated with scaling the sales team. The goal is to help Shelf Engine increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team through strategic initiatives. 

This position is based in Seattle, WA. 

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Shelf Engine, you will: 

  • Develop an intimate understanding of Shelf Engine’s sales process, sales technology, and strategic opportunities.
  • Own Salesforce, ensuring that SFDC is working as intended, and continually looking for ways to improve our Salesforce instance. 
  • Produce reporting and forecasting for Sales Leadership. Compile, analyze, and evaluate data for strategic initiatives.
  • Build tools for the sales team that enable them to increase their close rate or operate more efficiently. 
  • Assist in producing and compiling high-level training materials, decks, communications, and collateral for the sales team.
  • Provide day-to-day support of the sales team, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners.

What we are looking for in a candidate: 

  • You embrace our company principles: make the first move, make better decisions, be furiously curious, commit and deliver, have empathy, invent solutions, be authentic
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a technology start-up, sales organization, consulting, or finance
  • Experience working with Salesforce, preferably as a salesforce administrator. 
  • Experience owning and solving complex problems in previous work experience, collegiate extracurriculars, or other functions
  • Ability to effectively manage time and work in an unstructured environment
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to make actionable decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer
