We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help support our global go-to-market team. As a Sales Operations Analyst at Sensor Tower, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our sales reps, managing our sales contracts and providing support to our rapidly growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining the Quote to Cash process
- Collaborate and consult with members of the sales team on Deal Desk

- Ensure the sales team has the infrastructure they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tech stack
- Maintain compliance on orders being processed to meet corporate policies and standards; help enforce "compliance" at all levels
- Help on-board and train new sales team members and create supporting documentation
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role driving key sales operational
- Experience with Salesforce
- Proven experience improving processes within an organization through analysis
- Innate curiosity and desire to learn all parts of the business from engineering to product to sales.
- Partner to senior leadership
- Looking to grow and take on new challenges that will expand your professional development
