Upwork is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help scale our Sales Operations team! You will work closely with our Sales and Sales Operations senior leadership teams to help  provide  overall understanding of business performance and drive decision-making to grow the Enterprise sales business.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to understand business challenges and areas for improvement, and leveraging your problem solving skills to develop solutions for improving business processes.
  • Partner closely with Sales Operations leadership to interpret performance data and provide data-driven recommendations to assist in setting and refining sales strategies
  • Assist in territory management for both sales teams by creating a process for account management transitions and by strategically creating new business territories as we continue to expand our Account Management Team
  • Drive special projects and provide analytical support to senior Sales leaders

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • You have experience in a sales and business operations, strategic planning, or finance environment
  • You have the ability and are comfortable creating and presenting your analysis in front of senior leaders
  • You are a strategic thinker comfortable working on complex problems with proven technical abilities and capable of presenting analyses effectively
  • You have experience in queries and data/reporting tools which include: Salesforce, Domo, SQL, Business Objects, Microsoft Excel
  • You are familiar with Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
  • You are a creative problem-solver who grows with challenges in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines!
