Sales Operations Analyst
Overview:
As a Sales Operations Associate for our team at PagerDuty, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing and IT partners in all regions to streamline our Lead-To-Cash Flow. You will work with smart, motivated people focused on delivering high impact projects.
The ideal candidate must be a problem solver, organized, with data management experience and have excellent analytical skills. Experience in software as a service or intangible sales is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Quickly become an expert and global front line support for sales systems and data, especially Salesforce.com.
Intake and close management of SFDC in the sales operation.
Support, maintain and continuously improve sales technology adoption.
Drive special projects in data quality assurance in key areas of our sales team.
Work with the sales operations team to identify and explore opportunities to improve the sales process and help drive enablement efforts.
Provide support to our global sales teams by assisting with manual order forms, troubleshooting, system updates and reporting.
Support finance in regular revenue reconciliation efforts.
Ad-hoc analysis as required by Sales or Sales Operations leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of business experience.
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
Effective, clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactive
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Attentive to detail, follow-through and strong analytical thinking.
High level of integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to operate in a "hyper-growth environment" with moderate supervision.
Salesforce.com experience preferred.
Experience working for SaaS companies as a preference.
