The Sales Operations Analyst is a pivotal role at WorkWave. This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales Operations and will be supporting key revenue initiatives.


  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales leadership teams
  • Partner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance on sales process and data
  • Conduct analysis of sales, territory management, Salesforce improvements, commission management, etc.
  • Proactively monitor the quality and data integrity of sales data and highlight improvement opportunities
  • Evaluation and onboarding of new sales efficiency tools 
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual planning including the setting of revenue targets, commission management, 
  • Maintain collaborative relationships and provide support to sales, marketing, and business operations functions


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales operations in a SaaS environment
  • Should possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (index(match), use of keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
  • Experienced Salesforce user
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
