What You'll Do:

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for wide-ranging reporting, analytics, and administration, inclusive of monthly business review reporting, data reports with key metrics and other business assessment methods.  You will ensure information and processes are in place for the successful achievement of business and sales plans.  Additionally, you will provide Salesforce.com support by on/off boarding personnel into the system, working with stakeholders on requests, and serving as 1st line support for sales and other internal departments.

Success of our sales team depends on accurate analysis and compilation of key market/account data as part of the annual process planning for potential organizational changes. You will play a critical role working with Sales Enablement to empower the sales team with tools and better processes to work more efficiently in Salesforce.com.

  • Maintain data accuracy, including account, opportunity, contacts and quote information
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to design, create, and produce monthly and ad-hoc reports with key metrics and analytics, including forecast, territory and performance reports
  • Work together with our Salesforce.com administration team to address daily operational needs from stakeholders across more than a dozen departments
  • Provide support, direction and expertise to Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Marketing including ad-hoc requests, reporting, configuration, and user management

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Proven success analyzing sales data and working with Salesforce to drive the success of sales teams - 2+ years experience
  • Demonstrated advanced level skills in Excel 
  • Data-driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Well-honed project management skills with an ability to thrive in an environment where timeliness and accuracy are mandatory 
  • Self-driven and out of the box thinking to be used to problem solve
  • Bachelors degree in business or similar field strongly preferred

FOR COLORADO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY

Target Base Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 (bonus and equity offered in addition to base compensation)
