Side is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will own sales commissions processes and data analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Administer sales incentive plans with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performance calculations, guarantees, spiff bonus and sales compensation payouts
  • Become the administrator of Side’s incentive compensation application and work with RevOps on system improvements and implementation of new/updated plans
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, People Ops and Payroll teams to process new hires, terminations and transfers; set up new hires in line with plan policies and procedures
  • Standardize, distribute, and expand our sales facing reporting and KPIs. This includes (but is not limited to): weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports, pipeline reviews, top of funnel activity, and sales programs to improve execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence of our account, opportunity, and user objects in Salesforce through regular audits. Recommend and implement Systems solutions to improve our processes.
  • Analyze core KPIs to identify key trends and drive actionable insights and collaborate with Sr. Management on turning these findings into actionable initiatives

THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE

  • You will ensure accurate monthly commission payment for Side’s growing Sales, Sales Development and Business Management team. You will also support key Initiatives with analysis and help our Revenue team to make hard-working, data driven decisions.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • As Side’s Sales Operations Analyst, you’re a self starter, “roll up your sleeves” person who performs well, has a startup attitude, but gets excited about building for scale.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Sales Operations supporting sales processes such as commission management, forecasting, territory management, and data management with minimum of 1 year experience supporting incentive compensation processes.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, extracting and manipulating data in Excel), first BI experience preferred.
  • Experience helping a fast paced startup build for scale Strong presence and influence skills
