ABOUT THE TEAM

RealPage's award winning bulk internet service provider, WhiteSky, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will support our ever growing team. A key member of the Sales organization, this individual will not only drive sales efficiency, but work cross functionally with Operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a strategic role that requires a passion for process improvement, and attention to detail with an eagerness to jump in whenever and wherever needed to help support the teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help craft and define the Sales business processes, systems, and go to market strategy to make the Sales organization more efficient and effective
  • Provide ongoing performance reporting and analysis on our Key Performance Indicators, such as MRR achievement, pipeline build and pipeline conversion, using Excel, Salesforce, or other tools as needed
  • Support Sales Leadership with planning efforts, including goal setting and headcount organization, to support customer growth efforts
  • Assist in Sales forecasting efforts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Work as a liaison between sales and operations to assist in scheduling pre sale site surveys.
  • Assist in new construction and retrofit quote creation
  • Assist in the post sale handoff from sales to operations to ensure projects are kicked off effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Execute on ad-hoc data requests leveraging various systems to allow for data driven decisions at the individual contributor and Sales leadership levels
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Support the Revenue Operations team with other tasks as needed
