Job Description
We are seeking a sharp Analyst to support the modeling, metrics, and dashboards to monitor our incentive Sales Compensation operations. We want to measure and increase the efficiency of our commissions cycle and all processes that contribute to our incentive/commission plans.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Video Division Global Sales Incentive Plan including, but not limited to, the timely distribution of plans, administration of Sales Incentive tool related to territory mapping, sales hierarchies and user setup, sales credit adjustment, commission data validation and ad-hoc sales support
- Understand plan design and execute calculations on all types of compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete and in compliance with company policies
- Review and resolve inquiries from the field sales team as assigned daily
- Create, validate, distribute or publish scheduled reports to the sales team as assigned by Sales Operations Team Lead and Sales Operations Manager
- Build/maintain complex Excel models to provide meaningful reporting for historical revenue & attainment tracking as well as trend analysis
- Follow existing commission adjustment/correction process by making necessary adjustment to the data within commissions tool
- Perform admin tasks within the commissions tool including but not limited to publishing reports, downloading data for sales analysis and reviewing reports for the field sales team as necessary
- Create and maintain financial models that help keep track of any manual/exception processes relating to sales reporting and commissions tracking and validation
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned processes and work with the process team to ensure documentation is update to date
- Provide feasible solutions to inefficiencies in existing sales operations processes to allow for continuous improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Sales Ops/compensation experience
- Experience with automated commission SPM system (Callidus, Xactly, Varicent, Oracle EIM, etc.)
- 3+ years’ experience of complex financial modeling
- Strong understanding of compensation plans and processes
- Strong experience administering complex Sales Incentive plans
- Microsoft office skills with demonstrated strength in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau preferred
- Fluency in G-suite Applications, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- BS Degree required
Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Commissions administration experience using Callidus
- Maintenance of Sales Performance Management tools
- Tableau and SAP
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of experience performing commission payments
