We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help us maximize sales operational efficiencies and improve overall sales team effectiveness and success.

  • Create/enhance/maintain/enhance, workflows, functions, and configurations within Salesforce and other Sales related tools.
  • Manage the accurate and timely payment of sales compensation plans on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on and all interconnected upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Provide consistent feedback on Salesforce CRM process and ensure it is properly maintained by field. Promote and drive pipeline hygiene consistently through the quarter, identify gaps and work with stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis of lead, pipeline or Sales data to Sales Leaders with recommendations on potential areas of improvement/effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other KPI's essential to the sales organization.
  • Act as a Salesforce superuser to your business partners, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the system and complete expected tasks.
  • Assist in training of new and existing users and grow the SFDC skill set across CloudCheckr's Growth & Strategy organization.


  • 5+ years of Sales/Marketing/Business Operations experience in an analytical role in a high growth technology company, preferably with B2B SaaS/Cloud
  • 3+ years as a User/Administrator.
  • 2+ years' experience working with Sales Leaders focused on the Public Sector a plus
  • Expertise/experience with AWS/Azure Marketplaces and Partner programs a plus
  • Demonstrated experience working with Sales users and Middle/Senior Management in process/workflow improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) with an emphasis on Business, MIS, Analytics, or related field
  • Able to collect, analyze large quantities of data, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present analytical content to general audiences.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Colorado Residents Only: If the Company determines this role will be performed in Colorado, the starting salary for this position is (.9 compa*). This role could be eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), Company bonus, Employee stock purchase plan, and restricted stocks (RSU's) *. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors such as location, qualifications, certifications, relevant work experience and other factors, consistent with applicable law.
