Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations, the Data Enrichment Associate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating sales operation performance metrics and processes to ensure goal alignment and focus with particular focus on the sales development (SDR) team.
What You'll Do:

• Facilitates the addition of new and maintains existing sequences, workflows, etc. inside CRM and other sales platforms. Deliver metrics on usage of sequences and workflows
• Modify and test changes in our sequencing approach(es) to optimize outcomes and prospect experience. A-B testing of sequencing steps to maximize results.

• Support the Sales teams to drive improvements to reporting tools, methods and processes utilized to increase the availability and usability of key data to grow the business
• Responsible for recommending action plans based on the quantitative analysis and assessment of sales operational reporting with the goal of improving customer experience and operational efficiency
• Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form to non-technical audience
• Develop systems to monitor success and effectiveness of training working closely with department managers on areas for improvement to training and individual performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting to visualize key metrics based on each department within the sales team (Enterprise/Corporate/Business Development)
• Support enabling technologies (systems/apps/programs) including CRM, to field sales teams including login information, new release information, applicability of each technology to role, etc.
• Work closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of enabling technology investments
• Work closely with Sales Management, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Marketing and other functional areas to support the sales team's success

What You'll Need:

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage co-workers
• 3 years of experience as a business analyst
• Knowledge and understanding of sales development, execution, and data analysis
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with CRM, Hubspot, and database software
• Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity
• Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field

Where You'll Work:
Our headquarters is located in St. Louis, however, we'll be remote until the time is right to return to the office. When that happens, St. Louis-based employees will be moving to a hybrid work model (three days in office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two). Fully remote employees will be able to stay remote.
