Your role will have you leading a group of frontline leaders and their sales teams. You'll ensure frontline leaders help their teams meet sales goals, regulatory requirements and meet other company targets. You'll build a winning team by focusing your efforts on the development of your leaders while continuing to foster a people-first culture aligned with our values.

What you'll do:
- Coach, inspire and motivate sales team leaders (Unit Managers).
- Ensure sales targets are met. Conducts regular one-on-one reviews with Unit Managers to build effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for improvement with Loan Consultant(s). Provides consistent and timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
- Develop new and/or refine existing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth
- Identify, catalog, and implement best practices that deliver operational efficiency and higher sales output
- Ensures sales team meets or exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, underwriting, presentations, contracts, and closes
- Develop and maintain internal relationships with partners and collaborate on the implementation of new processes, tools, and technology
- Sets a professional standard for the Freedom Plus sales team in areas of integrity, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Delegates appropriately with responsibility, accountability, and follow-up
What you'll bring:
- 4+ years of experience in call center sales leadership with a minimum of 2 years as a leader of leaders
- Excellent collaboration and team building skills
- History of team quota achievements
- Proven track record of driving discipline in sales processes, including team accountability around CRM data entry/maintenance to ensure accurate pipeline and metrics reporting
- Scale experience - have helped organizations grow in fast-moving environments
- Effective change management skills
- In-depth experience in call center workforce planning, workflow analysis, process mapping, input forecasting, and organizational design
- Working knowledge of loan origination, credit underwriting, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
