As a MidMarket Sales Manager, you will lead and coach a team of 6-8 MidMarket AE’s with a goal of exceeding a monthly quota.  You will ensure that your team is performing at the highest level through 1:1 coaching, pipeline reviews, call reviews and live call support when needed.  You will also work cross-functionally with other key leaders to help define the best customer journey possible. 

All positions at Postscript are fully remote in North America.

Primary duties

  • Build and lead a highly engaged, high performing team that regularly exceeds quota. 
  • Develop plans for team members’ continued career growth and have regular coaching and feedback sessions
  • Develop and implement effective, repeatable processes and playbooks for your team. 
  • Enable team members to adeptly handle all critical points of the sales cycle, including prospecting, net new sales, upgrades, and competitive deals. 
  • Develop and implement regular reporting cadence of sales metrics and team performance. 
  • Own full teams performance and their sales process. Problem solve and resolve unique scenarios in a way that strongly exhibits our core values and customer first philosophy. 
  • Maintain an expert level understanding of the Postscript product, along with larger e-commerce & marketing knowledge

What We’ll Love About You

  • Demonstrated history meeting and exceeding quotas as well as implementing process improvements
  • Experience selling in a fast-growing SaaS, ecommerce or MarTech environment

  • Creative, proactive and process driven sales leader who can own the success of their team.
  • Not afraid to speak up, challenge the norm or question ‘why’ we are doing something the way we are.  
  • Passionate about 1:1 sales coaching with their team and helping them get better every month!
