We are hiring for a Full-Time Sales Manager, Mandarin Chinese Speaking at our downtown Provo, Utah campus.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager is responsible for Emerald Directors andabove Sales Leader support and productivity in a specific country of NorthAmerica. This responsibility includes Sales Leader retention, growth, and salesproductivity. This position participates in higher level goal setting andaccountability activities with these leaders. This position also coaches andperforms training/education activity with account managers and team. The SalesManager must deliver presentations in Brand Affiliate meetings and corporateevents, as needed, under the direction of the Sales Director. Someinternational travel is to be expected.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, strategize and consult with the Sales Leaders, providing necessary support to achieve goals and review past performance.
  • Hold Sales Leaders accountable for goals, giving proper encouragement and constructive feedback as needed.
  • Proactively align Sales Leaders with Company business cycles (LTO/Success Trips and other programs).
  • Provide personalized service and support to assigned Sales Leaders by providing timely and accurate responses to all escalated concerns and questions.
  • Analyze existing reports and information from the AM dashboard to identify potential partners and provide distributors with data, as well as train them on how to use the data and online business tools.
  • Recognize pin advancements and other notable accomplishments.
  • Be the bridge between the Company and Brand Representatives to facilitate effective communication through social media, conference calls, and webinar trainings.
  • Identify, collect, and share Brand Representatives success stories with help from the Recognition Specialist using social media, emails, videos, and websites.
  • Evaluate exception requests by identifying whether they strengthen the business long-term or not. Work closely with CMS to facilitate appropriate exceptions.
  • Professionally interact with members of other NSE departments in a way that bolsters long-term successful relationships
  • Develop a thorough understanding and execution of process and programs.
  • Participate in distributor meetings and corporate events, interacting with and building relationships with Brand Affiliates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify leaders in the region. Report on region performance to management.
  • Honorably representthe company in all arenas.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years Account Manager or sales experience
  • Ability to write and speak English and Mandarin Chinese at a native level is required
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication and public relations, presentation skills
  • Demonstration of exceptional teaching, training, and motivation skills
  • Excellent Sales skills
  • The ability to manage employees and resolve issues or concerns.
