The Opportunity:

Vault Health is looking for Sales Executives to develop new enterprise / employer prospects and secure new client commitments offering the full suite of Vault Health offerings including but not limited to:

  • COVID 19 Testing Services
  • Background Screening, Drug Testing and Occupational Health (FSS Services)
  • State of the art multi-condition platform

This person will report directly to the Enterprise Business Leader. 

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects for new business opportunities
  • Wholesale Vault Health Solutions through approved distribution channels
  • Lead new product sales with existing clients
  • Maintain all activities in the Vault Health CRM
  • Secure new client relationship through written agreements
  • Manage the smooth transition of all clients to the Customer success team
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business and distribution issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets including securing new clients and associated revenue goals
  • Manage Proposals and RFP responses with Solution development Team and Sales enablement team
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

Qualifications

  • 5-7 Years of professional experience relating to sales and or business development with a successful demonstrated track record
  • Startup experience preferred, healthcare experience a plus
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong product sense; comfortable considering basic technical feasibility of partner integrations
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to negotiate  and understanding of marketing skills
