Summary

As the Natural Gas Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business in natural gas commodity, selling Commercial & Industrial product and services. The successful candidate will accomplish this by generating sales leads for the purpose of proposing natural gas sales and executing sales contracts to commercial, industrial, municipal and university customers and such other customers that have material natural gas consumption in geographic areas served by World Fuel Services (WFS). You will also be entitled and encouraged to identify and pursue sales of energy management solutions of Kinect Energy Group North America and other WFS commodities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current customers.
  • Lead on-site and off-site sales presentations to potential customers.
  • Direct all stages of sales process.
  • Maximize margins while meeting sales goals.
  • Anticipate market needs and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Assist in development of lead generation.
  • Seek and Share knowledge of industry trends, competitors, etc.
  • Provide weekly sales projections and status updates to leadership.
  • Performs other related duties, tasks, requests, and directives issued from leaders as required.

  • Working knowledge of competitive natural gas markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Relevant Experience.
  • 5 to 7 years sales experience in natural gas with proven track record.
