Job Description

Do you consider yourself a hunter? We are looking for an overachieving Sales Engineer with experience selling messaging technology and implementing solutions. Reporting to the VP of Sales Engineering, you will collaborate with our sales and delivery teams to work with new prospects and farm back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. You will build excellent client relationships and increase sales results. You will use your technical knowledge to partner with our sales experts to help our customers realize their team goals with product solutions you're proud to deliver.

Requirements

  • Help coordinate technical sales activities related to perspective customers and partners.
  • Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners
  • Learn relevant solution sets, architectures, and full product line specifications.
  • Participate in technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Set-up and operate equipment for customer demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Deliver presentations and demos that communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Provide technical support by phone, email and meeting for our products: answer technical inquiries, diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommend possible solutions, follow issue through to resolution or escalate if no resolution can be found.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in an agency setting
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign Manager
  • Create long-lasting relationships with senior executives
  • Creatively explain and present complex concepts
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Solid technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $92,000. Salary is based on several factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
