WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Enablement strategist works with the Lead Enablement Strategist to execute key projects for the Sales Enablement team. This position will help Sales Enablement drive continuous transformation by delivering on department initiatives. These initiatives in turn will lead to increased sales productivity year over year.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Lead Strategist to create and build onboarding and continuing education content
- Take over Salesforce training from sales operations
- On-going salesforce training requests
- Develop BrainShark specifically for salesforce
- On-going review and project management of content, working with SME's and Leadership to update.
- Quarterly review of sales process and procedure documentation. Work with leadership to update.
- Help design, build, and update RFP templates, assist with review and finalization as needed.
- Other projects as requested by the Director of Sales Enablement or Lead Strategist.
- Cross train and assist with management of the Enablement Tech Stack as necessary.
- Monitor SalesHelp Mailbox
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under deadline pressure
- In depth Salesforce knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Technical Writing
- Training content Design/Editing
- Sales force reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable when speaking in public and to executives at all levels
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to travel as required by project
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in Sales Enablement or equivalent work experience
- Sales and Multifamily Industry Experience preferred
- Knowledge of Sales enablement technologies; CRM, Content Management, LMS,
- Preferred Technologies; Zoom, Seismic, Salesforce and BrainShark
