About the Sales Enablement Specialist, Agency - Pinterest:

MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for an Agency Sales Enablement Specialist to join us in our Ogden, UT location, representing Pinterest. This team supports agencies with small and medium businesses that are advertising on the Pinterest platform. The Agency Sales Enablement Specialist will work under the Sales Enablement Manager, using MarketStar and Pinterest training methods, processes, and standards. The qualifying candidate will be responsible for the agency sales training curriculum and execution - including facilitating courses, delivering training, communicating with participants and stakeholders, assessing the impact of the training, and reporting results to stakeholders. They will work in partnership with subject matter experts, onboarding trainers and agency sales managers to ensure training is meeting business needs. They will continually improve training methods, processes and standards for the best possible onboarding experience.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What will you do?
• Partner closely with the agency sales leadership team to establish priorities for rep education• Develop in-person and virtual education experiences to scale rep agency education• Execute a blend of training methods to maximize learning retention and scalability (i.e., hands-on workshops, on-demand courses, live virtual sessions, simulations, playbooks)• Establish best-in-class methods to provide ongoing communication to inspire agencies to keep Pinterest top of mind• Identify creative ways to empower agency partners to incorporate Pinterest Ads into their media mix• Conduct live training sessions and agency boot camps, to reinforce pitch and positioning and create product and industry experts• Create an agency certification program and explore the development of agency-related courses and resources

Skills & Qualifications:
• Agency sales experience required• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience delivering training to sales teams in a professional environment• Extensive working knowledge of online marketing/ad-tech industry sales strategies• Computer technology experience is a plus - particularly as it relates to e-learning and training within a virtual environment• Graphical design experience is a plus - specifically the ability to create visually appealing graphics that communicate complex ideas in an understandable format• Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills, driven by results and business impacts• Self-starter, quick learner, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction• Passionate about delivering excellent learning experiences
