As the Manager/Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for deploying programs & initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance. This role will have responsibility enabling individual contributors and people leaders.

You will...

  • Be responsible for the successful creation, launch & maintenance of the sales & product training program. 
  • Be responsible for the successful creation, launch & maintenance of our internal sales coaching & development program.
  • Work with content marketing to create and deploy customer-facing content & messaging to be used in our sales assets. Be influential in the customer path & value proposition story for assigned market verticals. 
  • Responsible for the successful creation, implementation & maintenance of critical sales procedures/processes. 
  • Continuously collaborate with leadership on current and upcoming needs to contribute to the design and rollout of sales programs. 
  • Actively participate in shadowing of the sales team members and providing in the moment individual coaching.
  • Actively coaching individual contributors & leaders on procedural & process improvements. 
  • Oversee & manage sales enablement technology platform utilization. 
  • Have an opportunity to build out an enablement team as the organization grows.

You have...

  • Several years experience in sales training preferably in a fast paced, high growth, SaaS environment. Created & implemented successful sales & product training programs. 
  • Created & implemented successful coaching & development training programs. 
  • A couple years of direct management experience & org design. 
  • Successfully created & managed a department budget. 
  • Experience creating & implementing sales standard operating procedures (SOPs)Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong sales and business acumen with a willingness and capability to learn new software tools quickly and efficiently.
