As Sales Enablement Manager you will play a key role within the Enablement team, working closely with leadership, content experts, and internal customers. You will work directly with sales and customer success leadership, product and panel, and marketing to drive our sales enablement content, communication, and training programs. An ideal candidate will have a passion to help others succeed and a desire to work in a role that evolves and adapts as the company and team evolve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting in the advancement and evolution of training and onboarding programs.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and panel/product leadership to identify sales productivity gaps & prioritize work on key initiatives across the global sales team such as sales pitch certification, ongoing enablement /learning, sales playbook creation, lead generation and follow-up.
  • Maintain internal knowledge base to ensure content is up to date and sellers have access to information they need.
  • Support in management of the Centrical platform including rollout of communications, challenges, training, etc.
  • Represent sales POV and help coordinate among the sales team for broader Dynata strategic business initiatives and new product development.



REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in building lasting relationships with senior level sales /GTM leaders and ICs
  • Able to engage and motivate content experts to help you deliver compelling materials for training
  • Eye for design, ability to make training materials visually compelling and professional looking (aligned with Dynata branding).
  • Excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM, Tableau, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem solver



Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional work experience and 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with demonstrated impact
  • Quantitative online and digital market research experience and technical understanding related to the research industry
  • Familiarity working with B2B sales teams
  • Exposure to a quota carrying role with experience in sales enablement and retention / adoption experience
