Job Description

Qualifi is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager who will play a key role in driving sales through training and coaching our own sales team and our in-market team sales partners. With sales and strategy management leaders, they will develop sales strategies and initiatives. This person will define an effective sales playbook for innovative digital products and build an onboarding process for new employees. In order for the sales team to focus on selling, they will coordinate activity between marketing and sales as well as activity between us and our in-market teams which is just beginning. The ideal candidate will also monitor sales performance and refine our sales activity and behaviors based on information gathered throughout the sales process so we see continuous improvement in performance.

This person is enthusiastic about helping grow this new part of the business, eager to learn, and willing to take on any project that comes their way as our sales team expands this year. An entry level position, this is a perfect steppingstone into a sales, sales operations, or sales enablement role. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a playlist of best practice sales tactics and strategies
  • Create and deliver training programs to support continuous development of our best-in-class sales team including products, processes, resources and talk tracks that enable us to differentiate and win deals
  • Equip frontline managers and sales leadership with effective coaching practices
  • Consistently gather feedback from the sales team to identify requirements and improvements needed in support programs
  • Field ad hoc support requests from the sales team
  • Partner with customer success enablement initiatives to drive alignment and embed into the sales team
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with sales support functions in Qualifi and in the wider Informa teams
  • Create and deliver an onboarding program for new sales team hires
  • Support our sales team during product launches and other sales transformations

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience developing sales training in a digital or agency business
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Ad-Tech solutions
  • Ability to work independently to manage priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
