Sales Enablement Manager
About Verkada
At Verkada, we’re rethinking what it means to be physically safe. Today, we build security cameras that detect action, identify danger and help keep people and places safe and secure. Using a combination of software and hardware, we’re transforming an industry that has seen little innovation for decades—and we already support thousands of customers. But this is just the beginning. We envision a world in which security systems feel as seamless and modern as the organizations they protect and our enterprise solution becomes a model for not just business security, but public security as well.

Overview
Verkada is building a world-class sales organization and we need a supporting cast to ensure team readiness and increase overall productivity. You’ll work hands-on with partners and subject matter experts that span across Verkada, gaining exposure from leaders in every department. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a passion for the art and science of sales and a solid understanding of how to operate in a sales support function.
Responsibilities
- You must demonstrate you have high acumen with sales tools, content, training, and key stakeholder management. Our vision for this role is that you would own enablement for 50-75+ reps from a specific team (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Sales Development or Channel). The key difference between this role and a Coordinator or Specialist is that you are able to contribute back to the overall program in more impactful ways with little direction.
- Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with sales reps and key stakeholders alike to figure out how to build the right content, processes, and training in order to drive organizational change.
- An organized communicator that can assist in managing the sales onboarding, SKO, & ongoing training calendars: ensuring that new reps and managers are informed of the process and schedule.
- Design and maintain our internal Sales Hub, understanding what content is most helpful for reps.
- Assist with identifying needs in sales organization and influencing and creating training content to improve results.
- Ad-hoc enablement projects to improve the enablement program
Requirements
- 3-5+ years relevant work experience in a sales enablement, training or sales role
- Bachelors or masters from a top school preferred
- Very organized
- Primarily a self-starter but you aren’t afraid to ask for direction
- A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible
