About the Role:
Epicor Software is looking to hire a creative & process driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing Sales Operations organization. In this role you will be responsible for the development of sales processes, training and tools that drive efficiencies for our revenue generating & client facing teams.
What You'll Do:

  • Support, advise, coach and mentor sales team members on all aspects of their roles including product knowledge, industry trends, best practices and competitive information.
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks to ensure operational success.
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine sales training and enablement priorities.
  • Develop and design training and educational material, including presentations and case studies.
  • Work closely within sales operations and cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement sales processes.
  • Enforce sales methodologies and best practices in pipeline development through deal closing (win/loss).
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders on the implementation & management of sales enablement platforms to drive growth & optimize effectiveness.
  • Enable and measure success of field readiness from lead generation to deal close.
  • Build out and manage enablement metrics and KPIs to demonstrate the effectiveness of enablement efforts and lead to stakeholder engagement and buy-in.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years experience in sales enablement with a successful track record of training and developing world class sales teams
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce from a hands-on sales perspective
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or comparable work experience
  • Experience delivering sales training programs and a comfort with various delivery formats (webinars, LMS, video, 1:1 training)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in modern sales management
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives and stewarding change with empathy
  • Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others
