Objective:
Create and facilitate a robust sales enablement program that provides newly hired sales talent with all the necessary knowledge and tools in a scheduled format, to reach revenue goals while leveraging the strong backbone of the company culture. This program will have measurable targeted objectives that Enablement is responsible for - like time to first sale and number of opportunities in late stage.
In this role you will:
Facilitate the successful training and integration of SDRs, Sales Professionals, and Sales Managers to be the best version of themselves in their respective roles.
Provide thought leadership, innovation and creativity in order to find the best solutions to help our sales organization - win more.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify key markers of successful sales attributes.
Highly responsive to the needs of Sales Leadership and the Global Head of Enablement.
Project Management and assistance in our annual SKO, either globally or regionally.
Produce, enhance, and facilitate current virtual and in-person sales onboarding programs to immerse new hires in corporate/sales culture.
Build a cohesive sales toolkit through the lens of a seller.
Review, monitor, and update the efficacy of online Learning Modules. (ongoing)
Identify internal mentor opportunities for new hires.
Develop weekly live webinars with relatable, on trend content for existing sales teams to re-hone their skill set.
Launch post-onboarding initiatives for the sales team to collaborate, share best practices and identify new sources of programming for executive leadership.
Survey all post-onboarding employees to look for areas of improvement.
Develop your personal ability to coach sellers and sales managers.
Travel up to 25%
Your qualifications are:
- High EQ/Coaching mentality
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales Enablement
- Have successfully carried a quota or been the driving force behind winning new business
- Facilitated training and learning development for sales teams.
- Current or former coaching experience within a sales organization
