About the role


The Sales Enablement Coordinator is a critical part of the Sales Enablement team and will lead the sales enablement calendars and certification tracking for various training programs. Reporting out on Sales Enablement KPIs and speed to productivity metrics. Secondarily, supporting GTM leadership with administrative tasks, including coordination and scheduling. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Focus primarily on new hire sales training, including, but not limited to:
  • Handle and lead the Sales Enablement calendars, including the Onboarding, Training Bay, and Reinforcement Training program calendars
  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to ensure all invites are accurate and that all participants have updated invites with descriptions and zoom links
  • Lead all aspects of Onboarding and Continu certifications and nurturing ramp progress
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to build, distribute, and report out evaluation and knowledge check results
  • Reporting out on sales enablement programs, including ramp KPIs, spifs, and OKR metrics
  • Work with the Sales Enablement team to update graduation requirement numbers and report on progress of new hires throughout their 120-day new hire training period.
  • Complete admin tasks across the GTM leadership on key initiatives as requested
  • Coordinate travel and scheduling for GTM leadership
  • Take notes on all GTM meetings and distribute to ensure strong cross-functional communication

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT?

  • 3 years of Coordinator/Coordination experience
  • Within a Sales organization a plus (Sales Coordinator)
  • Highly organized, diligent, and proactive - takes initiative to get things done with little direction
  • Data analytics and program tracking
  • Cross-functional communication & coordination abilities
  • Ability to multitask in an efficient manner
  • Takes ownership and can quickly prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Experience using web-based meeting tools (Zoom, etc.), G-suite, sales CRM / engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Groove, Gong, etc.), and Learning Management Systems | LMS (Continu, Brainshark, Lessonly, etc.), to report out on sales enablement program is highly preferred
