OVERVIEW

As the Brand Partnership Ads Team continues to grow, we are looking to hire a Sales Enablement Associate to focus on supporting our existing and new Enablement programs through administrative oversight and execution expertise. This person will partner closely with our Sales Enablement team to support the many initiatives we’re building to support & develop our high performing Sales organization.

Day to day:

Partnering with Sales Enablement Team to manage and enhance Sales Enablement programming, content and platforms
Administer scheduling for BP Onboarding program and help facilitate those sessions
Working to align multiple calendars, including but not limited to executive leadership’s schedules
Project managing the execution of a monthly Sales Enablement publication and potentially other communication vehicles our team owns
Helping to facilitate measurement and tracking exercises for Sales Enablement programs
Helping to build Sales Enablement team documentation for team processes, programs and events. Examples include but not limited to ROEs, SLAs, presentations, data & project trackers

Requirements:

2+ years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
1+ years experience in an Enablement, training or supporting function role
Excellent organizational skills and the timely execution of tactical problem solving
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Strong relationship building skills
Strong experience using G suite tools, particularly Sheets
Strong project / program management skills
Comfort working with data (measuring inputs / outputs; building sheets and program trackers)

Preferences (not Required):

Experience running or managing an onboarding program
Experience in a hyper-growth environment
Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies

Lancaster works with Instacart ERGS through his events-focused role. He also co-leads its LGBTQIA+ ERG, Rainbow Carrots. “We’ve made efforts towards allyship, inclusivity and amplifying intersectional voices of the LGBTQIA+ community,” he said. Pride Month events (themed “Community: Connectedness in our now Virtual World”) included a fundraiser for nonprofit Rainbow Railroad, a Gin and Gender class, and guest speakers.

My involvement with the Rainbow Carrots ERG has given me the opportunity to influence the voice of LGBTQIA+ community on a corporate level and educate others in meaningful ways — providing a list of actionable items that speak to the difference between advocacy and allyship.

“I am passionate about empowering, mentoring and uplifting women in tech,” Guo said. A co-lead of Instacart’s largest ERG, Women@, she curated programming for Women’s History Month that included leadership talks and a “Rock Your Review” workshop. Additionally, she launched and leads the ERG’s engineering mentorship program aimed at sharpening participants’ technical skills and fueling career progression.
