Job Description Summary:
The Sales Effectiveness Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent and effective transfer of knowledge, best practices, coaching content, mentorship programs, advanced sales analytics, and ongoing development and growth opportunities to sales leaders and their associates. This position will partner with internal and external resources to implement best-in-class sales practices. The Sales Effectiveness Manger will provide recommendations to improve/enhance sales effectiveness that will enable the sales organization to achieve consistent and effective growth.

The Sales Effectiveness Manager is a member of the Sales Effectiveness Organization supporting Global Inside Sales.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Proactively assess and prioritize coaching needs, process, and system improvements and works with their manager and partners in the sales organization to align on approach and delivery to ensure success for the business
  • Work across matrixed departments to establish effective working relationships to customize and optimize key learning and AI systems (e.g. Seismic and Gong) for the organization
  • Work autonomously, and with minimal supervision to analyze, design, develop and implement recommendations for new content, activities and process improvements
  • Efficiently and effectively gather ongoing requirements for sales effectiveness that ensures consistent sales growth while maximizing performance against current targets
  • Partner with sales leadership and other key stakeholders within PayPal Global Inside Sales to help drive initiatives and effective outcomes
  • Drive proper facilitation of the long term onboarding process to ensure a best-in-class experience for both new hires and their leaders
  • Consistently delivers on goals, established by leadership

  • Experience with Sales Coaching, Leadership or Operations (ideally 8-10+ years experience in Sales Management or Sales Coaching roles for inside sales teams)
