About the Job

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for setting extremely high standards and achieving ambitious sales goals for Augmenta globally. You will be leading the entire global sales team and external sales-related partners. You will also be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop the roadmap for realizing and offering new services in accordance with Augmenta's vision. Finally, you will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and communicating metrics and KPIs relevant to the scope. The Sales Director will be reporting to the CEO. More specifically, you will:

  • Set up sales metrics and KPIs
  • Set up sales budgets
  • Set up sales pipeline through CRM tools
  • Analyze current sales strategy and suggest improvements
  • Manage strategic accounts and nurture strong relationships
  • Understand all the prospects' needs, problems, or wants
  • Sell Augmenta products and services to strategic accounts
  • Identify process bottlenecks
  • Meet with potential clients and partners
  • Identify customer persona profiles
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales managers and representatives
  • Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
  • Track, monitor, and report metrics
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Review sales contracts
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
