Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Director, Thailand. In this role, you will be responsible to:
Be the first hire on the ground in Thailand, opening up this exciting market with huge potential. You will be part of an initial team that will include direct sales, partner sales and presales. You'll have a lot of support!
Work to build a list of strategic accounts and a territory plan.
Manage the full sales pipeline by assessing sales potential and create prospecting lists via various methods to attract enterprise customers.
Working with teams from multiple functions (e.g: Marketing, Customer Success, Product, etc.) to formulate plans to grow new and existing businesses.
Ability to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Build a compelling partner strategy for your key accounts, engage with the channel team and lead the joint sales approach.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
5+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience in a technology space.
Knowledge of the Thailand market with strong connections in top tier accounts.
Has prior experience in closing deals in software or technology sales in Asia (Excluding Japan).
A hunter mentality, with a hunger to build a success story in Thailand.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in high-pressure situations, and work in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
Capability to build great relationships with customers.
Ability to speak native Thai and business level English to communicate with English and Thai speaking customers.
