DAY IN THE LIFE OF
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is based in Leap's Columbia, Maryland office; however, this can be a Remote position. The SDR will play a pivotal role in helping scout and search for clients by cold calling 50+ leads per day. The focus of the calls is to emphasize Leap's unique software that streamlines its customer documentation practices and processes. The goal of the SDR is to work in conjunction with the Account Executive (AE) by setting appointments for product demonstrations. The AE will exhibit Leap's software with the intent of closing deals and converting prospects into customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years of call center/ cold calling experience required
• Experience managing a lead pipeline.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
• Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is an inside sales role responsible for prospecting, lead identification and qualification
- Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to prospective customers
- Build and maintain a healthy lead pipeline of prospects and schedule for demos
- Partner with existing sales team to achieve new business quotas
- Drive traffic to Leap Webinars and online demonstrations
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• 1+ years of call center/ cold calling experience required
• Experience managing a lead pipeline.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to clearly convey value - confident, articulate, and concise
• Detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and driven
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to use a consultative selling approach
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL PREFERENCES
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Home Improvement sales experience is a plus
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus
