About the Role:

RealSelf is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive more revenue and impact to our business via inbound lead qualifying and prospecting outbound revenue opportunities.

The RealSelf Sales Development team is responsible for qualifying leads at unengaged points of the sales funnel and cold calling prospects generated by a variety of marketing and Sales outside sources. A successful candidate will display exceptional interpersonal and client-service skills across a variety of channels and promote a strong sense of urgency for independent and team success. 

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of a growing team (with a 100% impartial compensation structure) responsible for one of the most meaningful parts of the RealSelf growth model and acquisition strategy. Your excellent ability to cold-call, incite interest and convey excitement and strategic value on the phone will help establish standard methodologies for the future.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating and developing prospects for Sales hand-offs that convert 
  • Effectively and efficiently following-up on a high volume of inbound and outbound marketing leads to identify qualified opportunities
  • Researching key players and navigating external company structures to get past gatekeepers and overcome prospect objections
  • Setting qualified booked meetings for Sales team with leads and current customers 
  • Driving attendance for webinars and live conferences

About You: 

You may be the right fit if you have: 

  • Consistent measurable overachievement in previous sales & prospecting roles is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fun, fast-paced, and yet challenging environment, while being creative, self-disciplined, passionate, and curious to learn and improve
  • Motivation with a purpose, are process oriented and results driven, and have a desire to win with a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to adapt with change and propose new ideas to the team
  • Demonstrated success using proven oral and written communication and presentation skills to achieve results
  • Proficient/advanced computer skills, including but not limited to Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach is highly preferred.

 

Travel:

Travel is not anticipated for this role.


Work Environment:

RealSelf employees work from 26 states in the United States; while we have offices in Seattle, Washington we are a remote-first company. This fully remote role is open to candidates in most states.
