Sales Development Representative at Dropit Shopping (Remote)
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our cross-functional team work smarter. You’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals in retail and fashion. - Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Use database, CRM, and/or other software to track progress with new prospects
- Clearly communicating company’s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
- Prepare regular monthly sales reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area
- Native English speaker or high working proficiency of English
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales or similar for at least 2 years
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results
- Have experience with CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
- Excellent people skills - including skills required to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Demonstrated experience developing first-of-kind, strategic deals which are creative and align with business incentives with great user experiences.
- Networking aptitude
- Advantage - if you have previously worked in the retail space.
