The SDR role will be responsible for helping the business to meet its North American revenue goals by following-up on, and qualifying, inbound sales enquiries, before booking meetings for the sales team. Based in our Raleigh, NC, office, you will join a passionate, data-driven sales and marketing team, and work closely with your international peers in Europe.

Responsibilities:• Follows-up inbound sales leads and identifies qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for prospects interested in our technology.• Responds to product enquiries via live webchat.• Sets appointments for the sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage.• Nurtures sales leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with the sales team.• Collaborates with the sales and marketing team to ensure team targets are met.• Maintains accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM application and other tracking tools.• Proactively works with the marketing team to refine process and best practices.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or proven experience in the field.• A desire to achieve and build a career in the tech-industry.• Working knowledge of Google G Suite and/or Microsoft Office apps.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• A confident communicator who is happy to communicate with prospects over the telephone, email and webchat.• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), preferred• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.• Attentive to details, and a flexible, self-motivated individual.
