Sales Development Representative

WalkMe is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will report directly to a Team Lead and you will play an essential part in the development of our sales pipeline. You will have a direct impact on the business while working in a fun and rewarding atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
- Will conduct outbound calls daily to prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts
- Responsible for building sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding lead generation quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, create interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders
- Share opportunities and educate Account Executives
- Overcome prospect objections
- Update Salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1+ year of applicable experience in cold calling, sales, marketing, and telemarketing
- Experience with Email, Voicemail, MS Office, Google Suite
- Experience with Salesforce.com beneficial but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence with a knack of building relationships quickly
