Sales Development Operations & Enablement Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Development Operations Specialist that can drive inbound lead optimization and outbound productivity for our sales development organization. In this role, you will serve as the operational and enablement counterpart to the SDR team. Success in this role will be directly correlated to our onboarding program, marketing qualified lead, or MQL, follow up efficiency, email and call performance, enablement and documentation, and much more. You’ll have an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of how an integrated Martech stack operates and get to work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to build a best in class DemandGen engine. Overall, we are looking for a candidate that is excited about jumping in and truly making a change in all things inbound and outbound.
This is a fully remote opportunity but is preferred to be worked from the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
Responsibilities
- Be the core admin for our existing Sales Development tech stack as well as evaluate future technologies
- Responsible for regular email and call performance readouts to stakeholders; specifically around sequence performance and inbound conversion metrics
- Own all technology enablement and training for the Sales Development Team; build out a documentation hub for on-boarding
- Support routing change requests and flow adjustments in Leandata
- Submit SFDC tickets on behalf of the SDR management team and work closely with our SFDC admins for on-going projects
- Be a communication support engine for the Growth Marketing and Sales Development orgs
- On-going adjustments and changes to our onboarding program to decrease time to productivity for new team members
- Help to optimize Drift routing, account lists, and integrations
- Support global enrichment processes; Lead IQ and Zoominfo automation
- Improve SDR daily workflows, find gaps/inefficiencies in the current inbound and outbound process
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a sales/marketing operational role or related experience
- Hands-on experience with the administrative side of Outreach/Salesloft, Drift, 6Sense/Demandbase, Zoominfo, Leandata
- Experience building out technical documentation and training programs for sales/marketing
- Strong Salesforce experience; custom reporting/dashboarding, backend processes/flows/process builders, object relationships, field types
- Good presentation skills with a background in technology enablement
