Qualifications
• Aptitude for highly technical scientific research and innate curiosity for sales
• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Science discipline
• Proven track record and capacity to learn technical and sophisticated information
• Self-starter: you're the kind of person that sees opportunity and tackles it!
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills leading to results
• Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office Programs

Responsibilities
• You'll receive all the training you need, both in product and inside sales technique
• In this role you will work with the field sales team to actively engage and cultivate existing early stage sales opportunities with the objective to help accelerate the purchasing process of the buyer
• This role is perfect for the individual who has a passion for sales, and would like to establish themselves and create a track record of success in the life science market with opportunity for career advancement
• Work closely with assigned field regional business partner
• Cultivate and progress multiple early stage 1 and stage 2 hardware sales opportunities
• Plan and coordinate daily activity to increase number of touch points with early stage funnel customers from assigned list
• Achieve prescribed daily call activity to meet targets of 30 calls per day and 8 engagements per day
• Use appropriate sales material and information to answer customer's questions and help progress the sale
• Cover early stage hardware funnel opportunities for open territories to assist in keeping customers engaged with Beckman Coulter Life Sciences
• Maintain accuracy of customer records in assigned CRM
• Qualify prospects to resolve sales potential
• Build rapport with prospects and customers to generate new and retain existing business
• Highly motivated, success driven and passion for sales!
• Hybrid office/WFH position, primarily 8am to 5pm shift
• Heavy use of telephone system to complete assignment
• Presentation preparation and delivery
• Office ergonomics applied
• 10% travel may be required (field visits, area sales meetings)

• A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Science discipline. Life Sciences a plus.

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent time leadership skills leading to results. Experience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office Programs

Physical Demands:
• Hybrid (Office/WFH) based position, primarily 8am to 5pm shift
• Heavy use of telephone system to complete assignment. Use of computer, monitor and keyboard with repetitive motion
• Presentation preparation and delivery
• Office ergonomics applied
• 10% travel may be required (field visits, area sales meetings)
