We are searching for an exceptional Sales Compensation Administrator to be a partner to our Sales, Success and Finance teams. As the Sales Compensation Administrator, you will support our Sales and Success team in ensuring consistent, accurate and timely application of our compensation plans and practices. You will juggle many competing projects, implement and maintain incentive plans, policies and programs and work across multiple teams to help solve complex problems. You will work closely with the Sales and Success leaders, Finance, and HR to make our Go To Market Teams successful.

Location: This could be a remote position within the US. #LI-Remote

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Ensure sales incentive plans are implementable via tools, process, and controls
  • Support the sales incentive program for a global sales team
  • Distribute incentive plans, goal sheets and other communications
  • Ensure data integrity ADP and across commission calculation tools 
  • Manage details for new employees and transfers, mapping out detail to ensure accurate and timely incentive pay
  • Manage details for exiting employees to ensure that all compensation is paid in accordance with articulated plans
  • Track monthly/quarterly manager structures used for sales compensation ensuring the accurate roll up of commission calculations
  • Troubleshoot questions for employees regarding plan design, policies and payments
  • Assist the Finance team with successful implementation of the sales compensation system
  • Understand the Sales and Success organizations and the distribution of the quota plan
  • Work closely with other member of the team in order to contribute to tools improvements, documentation of needs, and harmonization of practices

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales and services client groups
  • Great customer service skills
  • Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with clients on various levels is essential
  • Experience working in Tableau Desktop (preferred) or desire to learn
  • Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the company
  • Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience
  • You have demonstrated an ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP), CRM and Sales Incentive tools required.
