Job Description

North 40 Outfitters in West Spokane, WA, is looking to hire a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Footwear Sales Associate.  We believe that each team member plays a vital role in the success of our company, and we are looking for authentic and enthusiastic people who love our lifestyle and believe in service before self. This sales position in Footwear earns a competitive wage range of $16-17 per hour depending on experience. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to meet shift requirements, including working on weekends and certain holidays, between the business hours of Mon-Sat 7 am to 7 pm and 9 am to 5 pm on Sundays with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
• Flexibility in scheduling based on business needs
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry 25 to 35 lbs. frequently and over that amount occasionally; reaching above shoulder height with up to 5-15 lbs. occasionally; spending up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving and occasionally kneeling on carpeted/concrete surfaces; repetitive motion required to folding clothes for instance; use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
