What you'll do:

  • As the Sales and Lead Management Manager, you will work with the Director of Marketing and Sales to develop and maintain processes within Salesforce and other automated communications tools to ensure timely contacts with leads that respond to our digital campaigns.
  • You'll work with the Customer Relationship, Product and the Strategy function to meet with prospects, conduct product demos, facilitate follow through discussions, and submit sales proposals.
  • You will set up processes to involve the Customer Relationship team at the right time in the prospecting and deal finalization stages and participate in discussions with prospects as part of the handover of the account to the Customer Relationship team.



  • Always a team player, as the Sales and Lead Management Manager, you'll help wherever is needed, to support growth and profitability objectives of the Innovation objective


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management using digital tools and processes (such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud)
  • 5+ years of experience using online tools (such as LinkedIn and Definitive Healthcare) to nurture leads and sales related communication
  • Current sales experience in digital healthcare space or healthcare services space
  • Ability to manage complex projects and assignments demonstrating organizational skills and project management capabilities
    • Developing and managing work breakdown plans, prioritizing activities, achieving timely milestones and organizing deliverables
    • Bachelor's degree required with a related concentration, such as Business Administration or Health Care.
    • PMP certification is preferred.
