Sales Account Executive
Job Overview:
In this Account Executive role you will serve as the initial point of contact for inbound partner leads, present partner solutions and sell and onboard new partners. In addition, you will qualify marketing leads and set up calls for the business development team.
We are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will not be considering candidates who are not currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon.

Schedule: This team has an option for a hybrid work-from-home/in-office schedule. The hybrid schedule is as follows:
- Work-from-home days: Wednesday, Friday
- In-office days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm MST
If you would prefer to work out of the office Monday-Friday, just let us know!
Compensation: DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Understand our company's service in order to communicate it effectively
- Manage key accounts
- Build relationships and act as the point of contact for clients
- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
- Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
- Identify new potential customers
- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with over-the-phone sales
- 1+ years of customer service or account management experience
- Experience with relationship building
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to take direction
- Experience working with Salesforce and CRM software
- A passion for sales
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
