Reporting to Faethm's AMER Customer Business VP, as an Enterprise Account Executive , you'll have responsibility for lead generation and sales execution of our SaaS AI platform named by Gartner as 1 of 5 Cool HCM technologies for 2019, benefiting from references from globally recognized brands and tier 1 government clients in 21 industries and 24 countries. Faethm has already acquired many great clients and won awards globally. Accelerated growth is expected as we build new products and deliver on significant demand.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Faethm platform and products; and evangelize Faethm across the market
- Execute on sales life cycle for opportunities
- Prospect for and cultivate leads through to execution
- Maintain accurate data around opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections in CRM
- Cultivate positive external relationships on behalf of and to the benefit of Faethm
- Exemplify Faethm values and promote brand positioning throughout your identified market
- Mentor, coach and support other AE's and BDR's in pursuit of the overall success of Faethm
To be successful in this role you'll ideally have:
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying role, with the demonstrable success of hitting targets by selling complex SaaS to HR and Technology executives in Enterprise
- A passion and knowledge for Future of Work, Data Analytics, AI, and disruptive technology.
- A growth mindset. A passion and flair for seeking out and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience selling both direct and via partner ecosystems.
While we have identified the initial responsibilities of the role, be pre-prepared for this role to evolve as products, clients, and analytics grow.
