Leapgen is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing company. We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Professional to help us build our business. You will be responsible for both discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction and uncovering business opportunities with current clients. In this role, you will be a part of our ‘grow’ team, we are growth-focused and execution-oriented. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth. As a sales executive, you will generate sales with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have the drive, motivation and ability to build and maintain quality relationships!
Conduct market research to identify prospects and evaluate customer needs in areas, such as digital workforce experience, HR transformation, shared services, and change management consulting services.
Actively seek new contacts and sales opportunities by cold-calling, networking, social media connections, and through our vendor-partner relationships.
Partner with our consulting services and solution provider practices teams to drive opportunities and relationships forward.
Set-up meetings with potential clients, listen for areas of opportunity and formulate innovative solutions to help solve business problems.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations outlining the services offered by Leapgen.
Participate on behalf of the company in marketing events, conferences and networking activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and key internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in the industry.
Build, review and communicate proposals, negotiate pricing and close deals.
Stay current on leading practices and innovative technologies that support digital workforce transformation.
Work collaboratively with marketing, business development, solution provider practice, and services teams to delight our customers and ensure best possible experience and overall satisfaction.
Your Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities:
Proven experience as a sales professional
Self-motivated, results-driven, and a passion for sales
Demonstrated ability to influence (providing options with pros, cons) on key decisions during the sales process
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to prospects and existing customers
Proven "hunter” track record of consistently over-performing quota and ranking in the top-tier of the sales force
Proven track record with C-level professionals
Experience in Consulting Services, Professional Services, HR, and/or HR Technology required
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, management, HR, or related field preferred
Location and Travel:
Remote (continental US)
Travel - as needed as pandemic recedes
