An Insider's view of ClickUp

How does your team reward individual success?

ClickUp has afforded me an opportunity to have a voice in the direction of the Sales department. An opportunity I had not previously experienced in my 7 year career!

Enterprise Account Executive

What projects are you most excited about?

The fast release pace of new features that ClickUp is known for means you are always working on something new, which as a developer I love. Personally, I look forward to all of the different third-party integrations that make ClickUp fit even more seamlessly with our user's workflows.

What does career growth look like on your team?

Since joining ClickUp, I’ve experienced nothing but growth and upward mobility. New ideas are listened to (and heard!), and we’re given total agency to forge a path to success. The steps along the way? Think it, believe it, work really hard for it, share it, build it, and watch it grow. The sky’s not even the limit here...deep space is

Community Manager

What unique initiatives do you have that encourage innovation?

Good ideas can come from anywhere! That is why we encourage all employees to share their ideas whenever they have them via Slack on our #ideas channel. Product Managers monitor this channel and follow up with employees who developed the ideas to get them built into our product.

Lead Product Manager

How do your team's ideas influence the company's direction?

When the coaching team is on customer calls, we're able to hear users express exactly what they are looking to accomplish, and connect them with solutions. We’re not just listening to the users that pay us massive amounts of money, either! We want to hear from all our users, and directly share that feedback with ClickUp leadership!
