Outreach is a leader in sales engagement software and one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country. As a leader in the industry, we expect the Revenue Enablement Specialist, Content & Tools to help build out a world-class revenue enablement tech stack optimization and content management strategy to equip our revenue teams with the right skills, knowledge, process, and enablement tools to maximize sales growth and customer success impact. Your success will be measured by the overall business impact of our content assets in the context of our field enablement programs, feedback from key stakeholders and iteration of a strategic and data-driven content framework within the enablement tech stack. This position is based in Seattle, reports to the Sr. Manager, Content & Tools.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Pull reports and share current usage/leverage of content assets Enact best practices for internal documentation creation and review with Subject Matter Experts and key enablement partners
  • Identify metrics of success for enablement tech stack and content management efforts that can be shared with key stakeholders in regularly scheduled QBRs
  • Develop online training courses and support materials for internal tools like Seismic, Confluence, WorkRamp, Spekit, Slack & Outreach; regularly update with new features or workstream enhancements
  • Assist in the creation of style guides and document Enablement team processes 
  • Support the creation of project plans to tackle various areas of the maturity model
  • Elicit feedback on work to identify opportunities for continuous improvement 
  • Troubleshoot core technical questions from GTM team members
  • Conduct regular tech stack and content audits Attend vendor sponsored events for continuous education on tools and present teach backs to the team with key takeaways 
  • Prepare comms to drive awareness of tool updates, content changes, and trainings
  • Work with Enablement Managers to coordinate special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, sales, marketing, business, or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum of 1+ years of content management experience in SaaS organizations with increasing influence and responsibility
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Minimum of 1+ years of info management or tools administration experience 
  • Minimum of 1+ years developing content for LMS and related tools
  • Successful history of customer first, result-orientation and ownership
  • Exceptional communication skills and successful history of cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new business demands and changing environments
  • Experience in fast-paced environments managing content for customer-facing teams
