As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be an early member of our Revenue Enablement program and will design, implement and manage enablement programs for our Account Executive team. This role will partner directly with Sales Leadership to create, design and develop enablement programs in the areas of sales proficiency, industry awareness and process change management. You will drive impact & efficiency across the Sales function and will be a key player in our success as the GTM team scales in 2022 and beyond.

Your work will directly shape efforts that establish Postscript as the clear leader in the emerging SMS marketing space for e-commerce. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Enablement. All positions at Postscript are fully remote.

Primary duties

  • Continuously assess skills gaps to develop programming that resonates with Sales leadership and program participants to ensure Sales readiness and continuous improvement. Continually ensure high program engagement and effectiveness
  • Partner directly with Sales Leadership to identify areas of focus and importance for the team and design & execute on Enablement plans targeted at solving these challenges
  • Create a call coaching program with the Sales team to ensure reps are receiving one-to-one support as well as one-to-many training efforts 
  • Ensure program scalability as the Sales organization grows. Strategically balance the use of individualized training, group interactions, and self-serve resources across a variety of media.
  • Create compelling content for enablement training
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing & Operations to align content messaging and path 
  • Support our Product Training Onboarding Program 

What We’ll Love About You

  • 2+ years of Sales Enablement or similar experience
  • 2+ years of client facing experience, either in Sales or Account management, preferred
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
  • Strong project management and process development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with LMS, CRM and opportunity management systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing
