Que harás en este rol:
- Negociar todas las facetas de la renovación de contratos. Desarrollar negociaciones estratégicas ganar/ganar que maximicen el valor contractual a la vez que mejore la relación con el cliente y el valor que reciben de ServiceNow.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente, demostrando habilidades de manejo de cuentas para guiar el cierre de las renovaciones.
- Mantenimiento y entendimiento del modelo de licenciamiento de ServiceNow para poder vender y dar asistencia a los clientes en las discusiones de licencias.
- Monitorear los métricos de la salud del cliente, desarrollar estrategias para mitigarlos y guiar a los equipos de partners para tomar las acciones apropiadas.
- Trabajar con el equipo para dar actualizaciones constantes y exactas del estatus de las renovaciones a la dirección, escalando cuando sea necesario.
- Tener conversaciones con los clientes acerca de la preparación, tiempos y necesidades generales de las renovaciones.
- Conectar con clientes en contratos multi-anuales para asegurar el continuo compromiso y valor para los clientes.
- Presentar diversas propuestas de renovación a los clientes así como notificarles de las próximas expiraciones de contratos.
- Trabajar con diversos departamentos (Legal, Deals Desk y Sales Operations) para resolver complicaciones que se puedan presentar en las aprobaciones o en la finalización de los contratos.
- Trabajar con la organización de Customer Success para revisar el valor agregado que el cliente recibe y así lograr una mayor adopción y uso de los productos.
Qualifications
Para ser exitoso en este rol debes tener:
- +5 años de experiencia comprobable en roles de Renewal Account Management o Customer Success.
- Experiencia lidereando la retención y adopción de clientes con productos SaaS en cuentas y territorios complejos.
- Experiencia avanzada en procesos de renovación de contratos.
- Experiencia construyendo relaciones con compañeros de trabajo y socios.
- Excelentes habilidades de gerencia; incluyendo ventas, manejo de cuentas y servicio al cliente.
- Capacidad para identificar áreas de mejora y eficacia en procesos.
- Fuerte ética laboral y experiencia manejando y alcanzando cuota de ventas.
- Profundo conocimiento de modelos SaaS, preferentemente enfocados a software empresarial.

Work personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
